KNIVES FOR PLANING MACHINES AND FOR CUTTER HEADS
Our knives are marked as follows:
- HSS 18 – uniform material knives from high speed steel
- HW – knives with hard metal cutting edges
- HSS 18 can be coated to increase tool life
- We make knives with the maximum lengths of: 810 mm for HW, 1200 mm for HSS 18.
To order the knifes specify the following:
- Length of knife – L [mm]
- Width of knife – H [mm]
- Thickness of knife – K [mm]
- Grade of material – Cutting edge from hard metal HW, from high speed steel HSS.
FRAME SAW BLADES
Frame saw blades are produced accordingly:
- PN - 84/D-54521 standard
- 2,2 mm thick steel
- 25 mm pitch
- 20, 30 mm pitch is available upon request.
- Frame saw blades are prestressed, not sharpened and not mounted
Attention:
- We produce frame saw blades with special lengths upon request.
- We produce chromium-plated frame saw blades
- It is also possible to make frame saw blades with pinholes for single and double row steel strips upon request.
- We produce frame saw blades from German steel with stellite tips.
SWING SAWMILL BLADES
- These blades are specifically designed for the Lucas Sawmill™.
- It is possible to produce saw blades upon request for the following swingblade
- Portable sawmills: Peterson™, McQuannie™, Ecosaw™, Mahoe™.
